Halfway to Halloween

####Cancellations/Refunds:
Vendors’ approved or paid market dates are not transferrable to other vendors.
We cannot transfer payments from one date to another after payment is made.
The indoor Fleas have a rain/snow/shine policy. If the state causes a cancellation due to severe or extreme weather, or imposes additional Covid restrictions that prohibit indoor events, these markets will be canceled, and our policies are as follows:

1. City, State or Farm Fresh RI cancels
In the event that the City/State/FFRI prohibits indoor markets due to extreme weather or Covid, vendors will be refunded their vendor fees less a $25 admin fee.
2. Vendor cancels for refund.
Sunday Markets: Cancellations made with at least one week notice will receive a refund of vendor fee less a $25 admin fee. Cancellations after Monday at 9 am before the market FOR ANY REASON forfeit the full vendor fee.
3. There are no rescheduling options for these markets. Markets and/or market payments are not transferable to other vendors or other dates.

####Insurance: General liability insurance is recommended for all vendors but is REQUIRED for vendors of soap, apothecary, cosmetics, henna and food items. You will need to provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming the Flea as an "Additional Insured".

####Requirements:

1. 30-Day Temporary Flea Market Vendor Permit - RI Division of Taxation - $10 for vendors selling taxable items. Issued at the Flea if applicable. (Not required: RI retail sales permit.)

3. COVID REQUIREMENTS: VENDORS MUST PROVIDE HAND SANITIZER AT THEIR BOOTH. Other Covid guidelines may be implemented for the safety of staff, vendors and customers at the Flea’s sole discretion.
